Each issuer will be provided with an 10’ x 10’ meeting space within the event ballroom, enclosed by semi-private pipe & drape. Each meeting space includes 1 x 6’ table, 4 chairs and electricity.
We suggest companies bring a pop-up banner to help better identify their booth to other attendees and 20 print-out presentations and business cards.
Set up will begin at 7:30 Saturday morning in the ballroom space prior to our 9 am start time.
Dress code is business casual for all events besides the Sunday networking activity. For this, please dress casually to suit the activity and the location.
This event is limited to investors only and is an hour-long recap of the meetings directly following the conference. It is a great way to learn more from the event and to encourage follow-up with attendees. This will be hosted in the “Frontenac A” Room down the hall from the Mcdonald ballroom.
